Bring the course
to you.
We roll up, open a full golf bay at your venue and run the whole thing. Your guests hit real balls at St Andrews while you hold a drink. You organise nothing on the day.

Pebble Beach. St Andrews. Augusta. At your address.
Two thousand real courses, played on real grass-to-screen ball flight. The people who have never held a driver are the ones who will not leave: our operator puts a club in their hands and has them laughing inside a minute.
Your private venue, anywhere.
It arrives closed and unremarkable, and thirty minutes later there is a lit golf bay where your car park used to be. That reveal is half of what your guests will remember. Ready in 30 minutes. Walk up, and it is waiting.
What arrives.
The trailer opens into a full hitting bay with the simulator and an operator who runs the whole thing. Your guests bring nothing and do nothing but play.
Nobody wants to stop.
A real ball off a real club, and the shot flies exactly as you hit it: the slice slices. That honesty is what turns a polite five minutes into a queue. Guests who came to be sociable end up asking for one more go.

One price. Everything in it.
Every event is quoted on its own: your date, your venue, your guest numbers, how long you want us there. It comes back itemised, so you can see what each part costs and take it to whoever signs it off.
There is no second invoice. Delivery, the operator, the equipment and the travel are in the number you are given.
Quotes are itemised, and the total shown is the amount payable. Valid 7 days.
You don't lift a finger.
Whatever you're throwing,
we bring the course.
Six of the bookings we are built for. If yours is not on the list, it almost certainly still works. Ask.
The function people actually turn up to, and the one HR gets thanked for. Everyone plays: the CFO who golfs every Saturday and the intern who has never held a club, on the same leaderboard.
Read the corporate page →Park us at the halfway house or on the tee your brand is sponsoring. Longest drive, closest to the pin, a live board all afternoon, and something to do for the fourball waiting to play through.
Read the golf-day page →A stand people queue for instead of walk past. Every guest hands over their name to get on the leaderboard, so you leave with a contact list rather than a guess at footfall. Wrap the trailer in your brand.
Read the activations page →Estate and property launches, dealership open days, anything where the whole point is getting families through the gate and keeping them there. Partners and children have something to do while the serious conversation happens.
Open days & launches →The 40th where the guests stay past midnight. A wedding where the groomsmen have somewhere to be all afternoon. Not a DJ, not a photo booth: something nobody at the table has done before.
Read the weddings page →School galas, club functions, charity evenings. Longest drive at a few rand a go raises money all night on its own, and the committee gets the credit for the thing everyone photographed.
Read the fundraiser page →We've heard them all.
How much space do you actually need?
A flat patch of roughly 8m × 6m, with 3m access width and 3.5m overhead clearance where the trailer opens (2.8m is enough along the route in). We run a venue check before we confirm. You don't need to measure anything yourself. If the space works, we'll tell you. If it doesn't, we'll suggest alternatives.
What about power and load-shedding?
None needed. The trailer carries its own power: four solar panels on the roof feeding a 5 kVA inverter and a battery bank. In daylight the panels make more than the simulator draws, so we run off the sun and the battery charges while your guests play. If the venue has a standard 15-amp outlet within 20m we will gladly use it, but a venue with no power at all still works, and load-shedding interrupts nothing.
What if the weather turns?
Light rain is fine: the bay is covered and play carries on. Severe lightning, high wind or flooding and our operator makes the safety call. Nobody negotiates with lightning at the tee. If the venue has a covered spot, we move and play on. If the day is cut short, we reschedule the remaining time at no extra charge to the next date we both have open (travel already driven that day may still be charged), and if no date works for you, we refund the time you didn't get, pro rata. If we have to call the event off entirely, the choice is yours: a full refund of everything you've paid, or a new date. Both policies are set out in full on our legal page.
Do my guests need to play golf?
Not even a little. Beginners have more fun than scratch golfers, often by a lot. Our operator coaches every first-timer through their first swing, and the simulator scores them automatically. You'll have guests who've never held a club winning longest drive.
How many people can play in four hours?
One to four players per round, five to ten minutes per round, so a 4-hour booking turns over roughly 30 to 50 guests, with time between rounds for drinks and conversation. At a larger function that is the point rather than a limit: we are one attraction among several, running a queue all night, not the entertainment for every guest at once. So your headcount is not really the question. The space is, and a few hundred guests is no obstacle to booking us.
Will it be too loud for speeches or a ceremony?
No. There is no PA and no music of our own: the loudest thing is the ball, and guests talking. We position away from the top table or ceremony, and our operator pauses the bay completely for speeches, the first dance or anything else you want the room's attention on. Tell us the running order and we work around it.
Where do you travel?
Within 50km of our Pretoria base, one way, so up to 50km out and 50km back, and that drive is included in the price. That covers all of Pretoria and Centurion, Midrand, Irene, Waterkloof, Menlyn and as far as Sandton. Further out (Bryanston, Fourways, Rosebank, Hartbeespoort) we still come, but by arrangement: WhatsApp us and we'll sort it out.
