Can you coordinate with our existing event planner?

Yes. Send us their contact and we take the operational brief directly with them: run sheet, timings, and how the bay runs between guests. You stay out of the middle of it.

Do you provide a golf professional?

On a bring-your-own basis. You or your event planner engage the pro; we coordinate the operational side and James quotes the extra play time alongside the rest of the event.

What if the venue has no power, or load-shedding hits?

Normally we work from a 15A outlet within 20m of where the trailer parks. But the trailer carries its own power too: four solar panels on the roof, a 5kVA inverter and a battery bank. In daylight the panels make more than the simulator draws. Load-shedding does not interrupt anything, and a venue with no outlet at all is not a problem.
