Can we do events at Kyalami Country Club?

Yes, with the club's sign-off on the spot. A practice-green area or an adjacent lawn with course views is the natural choice, and we confirm it with their venue coordinator before the date.

Can you set up at a Waterfall City office?

Yes, once the building signs off. Waterfall's precinct rules govern the delivery window and the bay; after that we need 8m × 6m of level ground, 3m × 2.8m of clearance on the route in, and 3.5m overhead where the trailer stands.

Can the trailer stay overnight for a two-day conference?

Yes. Multi-day bookings are quoted at a flat per-day rate, the trailer stays on site and is secured each night, and we return each morning to run it.

What if the venue has no power, or load-shedding hits?

Normally we work from a 15A outlet within 20m of where the trailer parks. But the trailer carries its own power too: four solar panels on the roof, a 5kVA inverter and a battery bank. In daylight the panels make more than the simulator draws. Load-shedding does not interrupt anything, and a venue with no outlet at all is not a problem.
