Can you set up inside our Sandton office?

Indoor setup is possible if we have 3m × 2.8m clear access, 8m × 6m of floor space and 3.5m of headroom where the trailer opens. Most ground-floor conference centres and atriums work. Share your floor plan and we'll confirm.

What about rooftop events in Sandton?

Possible, and the building has to confirm two things: a service lift large enough for the trailer contents (we bring the collapsible components up separately) and the load capacity of the deck. We do the site visit free of charge.

How do you handle Sandton traffic?

We factor Gautrain-times traffic into our arrival schedule. Setup starts 30 minutes before your event. For events starting before 09:00, we arrive the day before and overnight nearby.

What if the venue has no power, or load-shedding hits?

Normally we work from a 15A outlet within 20m of where the trailer parks. But the trailer carries its own power too: four solar panels on the roof, a 5kVA inverter and a battery bank. In daylight the panels make more than the simulator draws. Load-shedding does not interrupt anything, and a venue with no outlet at all is not a problem.
