WHY DRIVEHAUS IN CENTURION
The team day, reinvented
Centurion is 23 km from our Pretoria base, inside our 50 km service area, so travel is included. Office park functions are the Centurion pattern, in Highveld Techno Park, Eco Park and the older business parks around Lyttelton and Zwartkop, where booms, bay widths and ground levels all vary. The trailer needs 8m × 6m of firm, level ground, a route in at least 3m wide with 2.8m of clearance, and 3.5m clear overhead where the roof goes up, so James checks the route in with your facilities manager before anything is towed. The clubs make Centurion the natural place for a golf day add on as well.

CENTURION OFFICE PARKS
A team day over a long lunch.
Many of Centurion’s offices sit in Highveld Techno Park, Eco Park and the business parks around Lyttelton and Zwartkop, and the Gautrain stops at Centurion station for guests coming from Johannesburg or Pretoria. This is how a team day runs.
- In the morning James checks the route in and the spot with your facilities manager (3m × 2.8m on the way in, 3.5m overhead, 8m × 6m of level ground), and the trailer opens in about 30 minutes.
- Over lunch, departments play one to four at a time on one board: closest to the pin for anyone, longest drive for the golfers.
- All afternoon the board is a web link, so the people who stayed at their desks follow it in your Slack or Teams channel.
- At the close James calls the winners, and the afternoon goes back to work or straight into drinks.
For a golf day instead, the trailer works as the 19th hole at Centurion Country Club or Zwartkop Country Club, with the club signing off the spot. See golf day simulator hire.

Is it an outdoor golf simulator?
Yes. At MelkFest it ran on the open field at SuperSport Park, by day and under the lights. The bay has its own roof, so light rain does not stop play, and its own power, so it needs nothing from the venue.
Can we combine DriveHaus with a real round in Centurion?
Yes. The trailer works as the 19th hole: it sits near the clubhouse and guests play the simulator while they wait for tee times or during prize giving. See golf days.
Where does the trailer stand at a Centurion office park?
Anywhere level the trailer can tow into: visitor parking, a service yard, a lawn. It needs 8m × 6m of firm, level ground, a route in at least 3m wide with 2.8m of clearance, and 3.5m clear overhead where the roof goes up. A covered bay is worth flagging early, because the roof goes up on site and a ceiling the trailer tows under is not always one it can open under. Power is not needed.
Do you cover Lyttelton, Wierdapark and Highveld?
All of them, and Zwartkop and Eldoraigne too. Centurion is 23 km from our Pretoria East base, well inside the 50 km service area, so the tow is already in the price.
Can it run a team building afternoon?
Yes. Teams on one board, a closest to the pin knockout and a first timer category, with James running every round. See team building.
Do you need power at the venue?
No venue power needed. The trailer carries four solar panels, a 5 kVA inverter and a battery bank: if there is a plug within 20 m we use it, and if not the bay runs on its own, so load shedding changes nothing.
