FAQS FOR WATERKLOOF

How much notice do you need?

For Waterkloof events, 48 hours is workable if the diary is open. Two weeks is ideal for a standard booking. October to December is peak season, so bring your date to us earlier if it falls there.

Do you do long-weekend residencies?

Yes. The flat per-day rate applies from two consecutive days upwards, which suits long private parties, family gatherings, and wedding-adjacent events where the trailer stays for the weekend.

What if the venue has no power, or load-shedding hits?

Normally we work from a 15A outlet within 20m of where the trailer parks. But the trailer carries its own power too: four solar panels on the roof, a 5kVA inverter and a battery bank. In daylight the panels make more than the simulator draws. Load-shedding does not interrupt anything, and a venue with no outlet at all is not a problem.
