Can you do events inside Time Square or Menlyn Maine?

Indoor event-hall setup is possible if access and floor-loading clearance are confirmed with the venue in advance. We'll do a free site visit to confirm feasibility.

How early can you be on site for a morning function?

From 08:00, and earlier by arrangement. At 8km from base an early arrival costs you nothing extra. We tow in, set up in under 30 minutes, and are ready before your first guest.

Can you invoice against our purchase order?

Yes. Send the PO number with your acceptance and it appears on one itemised invoice, a single document for your finance team, with nothing billed afterwards.

What if the venue has no power, or load-shedding hits?

Normally we work from a 15A outlet within 20m of where the trailer parks. But the trailer carries its own power too: four solar panels on the roof, a 5kVA inverter and a battery bank. In daylight the panels make more than the simulator draws. Load-shedding does not interrupt anything, and a venue with no outlet at all is not a problem.
