DriveHaus is a mobile golf simulator for hire: a full golf bay in a trailer, towed to your school gala, charity evening or club function in Pretoria, Johannesburg and across Gauteng, and run by James all evening. One of the easiest school fundraiser ideas to run: a longest drive challenge at a small donation a go, collected all evening from people who came out to give anyway. The board keeps score, and the committee gets to enjoy its own event for once.

There are no fixed packages: the quote is built around your event. James writes every quote himself, itemised, and sends it today, usually within two hours. A 40% deposit locks the date; the balance is due 48 hours before. Quotes are valid 7 days, and there is no second invoice. Full terms on our legal page.

Who collects the money?
The committee, however suits it: a tin at the bay, a card machine, a tally on the board. We keep score and announce; we do not handle donations.
Can children and parents both play?
Yes. Under-18s play with a parent or guardian present who accepts the waiver for them. Children under 12 are accompanied at all times.
Can a sponsor cover the simulator so every donation goes to the cause?
Yes. Tell us who and we quote in their name, with their logo on the screen between shots and on the board.
Does it work on a school field at night?
Yes, it is at its best after dark: the bay is lit and the board glows. It needs 8 × 6 m of firm, level ground, a route in at least 3 m wide with 2.8 m of clearance, and no venue power. Our operating window runs to 22:00.
Can it run during a gala dinner?
Yes. We set up before guests arrive and position away from the tables. There is no PA and no music of our own, and the bay pauses for speeches and the auction.
Can the board show the winner at prize giving?
Yes. The live board shows the leader all evening on every phone and any screen at the venue, and James calls the winner at prize giving. Under-18s are never shown on a public board.
