It collects all evening, not once

A raffle asks everyone a single time. A longest-drive board with a small donation per attempt keeps taking money for as long as the queue lasts, because the people who lose the lead want another go.

Nobody has to run it

Our operator manages the queue, the scoring and the announcements. No parent roped in for two hours, no float to count in the middle of a function, no clipboard.

It draws the people who avoid the dance floor

Every gala has a group standing at the edge with a drink. This is where they go, and once they are engaged they are far easier to sell a raffle ticket or an auction bid to.

Sponsors can be attached to it

A local business will often fund the bay outright in exchange for its name on the board and the prize. That turns a line item on your budget into a line item on somebody else's.

Everyone can play

Parents, grandparents, the children who would otherwise be running around the hall. The operator has a first-timer hitting the ball inside a minute, exactly the moment people reach for their wallets. Under-18s play with a parent or guardian saying yes on the day: one tap on our check-in screen.

The venue barely notices us

School field, club lawn, church hall car park. We bring our own power, need about 8 × 6 m of firm level ground, take half an hour to set up and leave it exactly as we found it.

How does the school or club actually make money from it?

Three ways, and you choose. A sponsor pays the hire, gets their name on the leaderboard and the prize, and every rand from the swings goes to your fund. Or the committee pays the hire from the event budget and sets a price per attempt; a busy evening at a few rand a go returns a meaningful share of the hire, and the prize keeps the queue coming back. Or the bay is simply part of the ticket price. Either way we charge a flat hire only. We never take a cut of what you raise.

What does it cost the committee?

It is priced like any booking: the hours you want us there, the crew for the size of the crowd, and any extras. Four hours is the minimum. If a sponsor is covering it, ask for the quote in their name and we will address it to them.

Can children play?

Yes, and they are usually the queue. Under-18s play once a parent or guardian says yes on the day, a single tap on our check-in screen that records who gave permission. The operator coaches every first-timer through their first swing.

Can the committee sell tickets or swings itself?

Yes. Sell swing tokens at the gate or the bar and hand them to our operator, or let people pay per attempt at the bay. Tell us which in the enquiry and we set the board and the prize up to match.

What are you raising for?

Tell us the date, the venue and roughly how many guests. If a sponsor is covering it, say so and we will quote it in their name.
