DriveHaus is a mobile golf simulator for hire: a full golf bay in a trailer, towed to your expo stand, product launch or dealership open day in Gauteng, and run by James for the whole show. A stand people queue for instead of walk past. Every visitor checks in on their own phone to get on the board, so you leave with a consented list and a number for the report, not a guess at footfall.
A crowd is the only thing that attracts a crowd.

There are no fixed packages: the quote is built around your event. James writes every quote himself, itemised, and sends it today, usually within two hours. A 40% deposit locks the date; the balance is due 48 hours before. Quotes are valid 7 days, and there is no second invoice. Full terms on our legal page.
The questions this crowd asks.
How high a ceiling does a golf simulator need?
Outdoors, none: the bay brings its own roof. Indoors, the trailer needs a route in at least 3 m wide with 2.8 m of clearance and 3.5 m of clear headroom where the trailer opens, on a floor the venue confirms can take it.
How much stand space does it need?
About 8 × 6 m of firm, level ground or floor with the trailer open, plus room for the queue. Send the floor plan and James confirms the fit before he quotes.
Do we need a power allocation?
No. No venue power needed. The trailer carries four solar panels, a 5 kVA inverter and a battery bank: if there is a plug within 20 m we use it, and if not the bay runs on its own, so load shedding changes nothing.
Can we brand the trailer, the screen and the board?
Yes. Send your logo file with the booking for the screen between shots and the board. A vinyl trailer wrap is quoted as an add-on, and James confirms the lead time with the quote.
How do we get the leads, and is it POPIA compliant?
Every player checks in on their own phone and chooses whether you may contact them, with consent recorded under POPIA. Afterwards you get a CSV of the guests who gave a contact and ticked marketing, and a ranked results sheet with no contact details. Minors are never included in either.
Can it run all three days of a show?
Yes. It ran all three days of the PGA Golf & Lifestyle Show 2026. A multi-day show is quoted as one booking, and the trailer stays on the stand, secured overnight.
Can it go inside an expo hall?
Only where the hall confirms the access and headroom: a route in at least 3 m wide with 2.8 m of clearance, 8 × 6 m of floor, and 3.5 m of clear headroom where the trailer opens. Send the floor plan and James confirms before he quotes.
